Rob a bank rather than cheating customers for 18k. Cheap Samsung products. I never expected this ultra slow motion and hang. What a great worst phone.

During call screen becomes black (selected this option) but it is not coming back when you want to disconnect call. Even power key also fails to light the screen.
Any idea???

ugh, 14 Jun 2015Why waste time to get this upgrade since we are hoping for nothing? Wake up humans!All of grand 2 user, wake up! No lollipop update for this phone. Samsung have never even mentioned this phone ever at all for update. You guys have waited for more than a year and now it is time to stop. Grand prime took only 8 months for it to finally have a new version with lollipop. Its rating is already exceeding 92% and grand 2 rating drops from 45% to 40% this week. Please stop the war between the grand series. It is over.

Please don't compare grand 2 with grand prime. Am using grand 2 for more than a year. It super-fast for multitasking. It a hell of durable machine expect side chrome stripping. Last month i bought grand prime for kid brother and it not even comparable to grand 2 any department expect battery. It lags so much while doing multitasking. Not so fast, not so sharp display. Again UI is good initially but after one week it lags which give so much frustration. If you don't believe me go to showroom fill 1gb sd card full of pics and open in both phones. Grand 2 any day:)

The camera of Samsung Galaxy grand 2 is not 8 megapixel.
The picture quality is like 5 megapixel. For their bigger screen camera like 8 megapixel but actual camera quality is 5megapixel. The camera quality like as Samsung Galaxy S duos 2 camera.

Need a help please reply as soon as possible my problem is when im calling someone or if other are calling me when i disconnect the call the call is connecting to different n.o's not from my contact list there are different n.os showing different country names.how can i sout out this problem im using galaxy grand 2.
