akki, 11 Mar 2017brother ur ph is deadTry removing the memory card and see if problem still persists. Incase no then delete few files from your memory card and you are good to go. Its a great phone, have been using for last 3 yrs now.

But its the most durable samsung ever with an unbreajable screen.

i am using this phone more than 3 years ... good phone . but still stuck on 4.4.2 kitkat. recently it came a nearly 25 Mb update. during 3 years software updates received 4 times only.

My first Android phone back then in 2014. It didn't perform like a mid-ranged phone at all. If anything, the UI is clunky and the GPS is mediocre. The Kitkat update bogged the phone down. During the time, the Xiaomi Mi 3 beat it by a large margin. Didn't looked back until mine was stolen. However, this phone has proven reliable, other than outdated and obsolete by current standards. Pre-installed apps are not able to be updated. The NAND speed is mediocre, causing stuttery UI experience.

even though i have another phone but this model will always be the best smartphone i ever have. even almost 3 years i'm using it and it still OK till now and i'm very satisfied with it. good job Samsung for produced a quality and long lasting use of a smart device
