I just called samsung cc
Currently there is no plan of lollipop uodate for grand 2. But there are if so many request is coming they wil consider our grand 2 also.so please call cc and request for lollipop and all regional language support is available

I have used this phone for 1 year and 2 months. Updated to 4.4.2 I still love this phone. Now selling at $238 for export set in SG. Value for money............

guys plz i need your answers i bought this device 3 days ago . I have Problem with rare camera front camera is ok but rare camera in low bright places with low white or yellow light i see the light in camera as a green light not white or yellow . and in subway game when i start the game it hang for half second twice then work normal but every time i start the game it make the same hang twice for half sec then it works normal . i changed it from the dealer and i found the same in the other device . is taht normal guys or what ?

sam, 15 May 2015All user tell the customer care about update not to tell that I have a issue in grand2 All users should call the toll free number then only we will get lollipop update for dis awesome device.pls guys i request keep on calling if u want 5.0 update for grand 2.

I have just called at this number 180030008282 and I have got reply that first they have checked lollipop but some issues is created like mobile heating so now they will solve this issue first then we will lollipop update official for ur galaxy grand2 till that I am waiting
