Dear sir.
We paid atleast 22000 for grand2 its a superb phone ever and most famouse of samsung also we not want 4.4.4 we want lolipop update for our grand2 its better than prime..s4 mini..core prime...s4 etc....much better nd motorola moto g2 have also same specifaication of grand2
Today moto g run on lolipop its only 13000 and our grand have same spec nd its not lolipop its unfair by samsun......if u not update our device in lolipop so your custmr are dispoiting with u..we never buy samsung product in our life......pls dnt do thate pls update grand2 in lolipop its really deserve than other.....its nice mobile bt if u give lolipop power we r loyal with samsung unless we never ever buy samsung product in our life........samsung pls lolipop update for grand2..........

dear sir,
many grand 2 user want lollipop upgrade.In the previous upgrade there are so much bug in the ROM .
Now that was not properly solve. many grand 2 want to request for lollipop but they did no know where they report.
grand 2 is vary costly set for middle man.
releasing the grand 2 all user faces software problem.in 4.3 interface & 4.4.2 interface are same.
not such any changes in the software.my question is why developer create same Rom & change name 4.3 to 4.4.2 .
we all are continuing faces many software problem.
everyone is request is the last upgrade for grand 2 is 5.0.so please do it fast & give us good powerful upgrade.

I am happy with my 9 months old Samsung Grand 2 . And I know Samsung will never update it to lollipop.

Why you guys fight between grand2 and grand prime. Both are made by samsung. You guys are fighting worst than apple fanboy and samsung fanboy. Just buy any which you like and stop fighting. Watch youtube review which show the phone performance rather than listening to bunch of trolls here.

Secondly there is no official update for grand 2 because Samsung is still following its policy to not upgrade their old phones... Grand 2 is a 2 year old phone and also not a flagship phone... The updated version of grand 2 is now available in the market called as grand max with a refreshed qs 410 chipset and has 4.4.4 kitkat... And most probably it will get the lollipop update... So now it would be dumb to expect lollipop update for grand 2...

Is grand 2 n grand 1 has the same back camera m0del?because i think it has a big difference and it pisses me off bec. Grand 1 camera is better than this gg2. Gg2 camera is blur especially in n0t so low light!

I think we all who r having g2 should protest to get lollipop update its really disappointed if we don't get it really Samsung its bad for your goodwill....
