Grand2 has powerful chipset with great 1.5 gb of ram its fully deserve lolipop update.....
You think only your profit your pls satified your custmr unless you r like nokia.....pls do update if u not updated oue grand2 we will never buy samsung again
We pay 22500 for grand2 last year its superb phone no problm very nice device.....we want offical lolipop update samsung pls.....

Grand2 chipset and moto g2 have same chipset and motog2 runs in lolipop u think we r fool???
Grand2 has powerful q.comsnapdragon chipset with huge 1.5gb ram ann moto g2 have chipset with only 1 gb of ram its runs lolipop.....why grand2 not??
Dont make fool we r your custmr we paid u 22000 and u say its not withaout any reason....
Samsung we want lolipop update for our great device grand2 if its not updated we never ever buy any samsung product again dnt cheat with us.....grand2 deserve officcial lolipop update fast......

I hate you samsung grand2 is last device of your company its very good but we will never buy samsung product again in our life.....samsung cheating with his customer......guys go with htc or micromax its 7000 device get updated on lolipop and our grand2 have 22000 and not update in lolipop so what we buycat of samsung product .....and suggest every one never buy samsung......i hate u samsung shame on u.....u not satified your customer.....pls dnt disspointing us its deserve lolipop......samsung pls last reqest

the 4.4.2 kitkat version is very slow and uncomfortable for grand 2, so we need lolipop update for grand 2..

Just because you paid more on this device, it does not mean that this device will get an Update too or soonest. Please try to understand that this Company is still working on some ways. FYI, updating this device to the latest software will not fit on its Chipset.

We paid atleast 22000 for grand2 its a superb phone ever and most famouse of samsung also we not want 4.4.4 we want lolipop update for our grand2 its better than prime..s4 mini..core prime...s4 etc....much better nd motorola moto g2 have also same specifaication of grand2
Today moto g run on lolipop its only 13000 and our grand have same spec nd its not lolipop its unfair by samsun......if u not update our device in lolipop so your custmr are dispoiting with u..we never buy samsung product in our life......pls dnt do thate pls update grand2 in lolipop its really deserve than other.....its nice mobile bt if u give lolipop power we r loyal with samsung unless we never ever buy samsung product in our life........samsung pls lolipop update for grand2..........

dear sir,
many grand 2 user want lollipop upgrade.In the previous upgrade there are so much bug in the ROM .
Now that was not properly solve. many grand 2 want to request for lollipop but they did no know where they report.
grand 2 is vary costly set for middle man.
releasing the grand 2 all user faces software problem.in 4.3 interface & 4.4.2 interface are same.
not such any changes in the software.my question is why developer create same Rom & change name 4.3 to 4.4.2 .
we all are continuing faces many software problem.
everyone is request is the last upgrade for grand 2 is 5.0.so please do it fast & give us good powerful upgrade.

Grand2 is superb mobile ever it deserve lolipop and most people buy it on 22ooo rs its very high range phone samsung do lolipop update for grand2 if it not given by u most samsung custmr never buy it agian pls sarified ur custmr......moto g2 have same specifacaton in just 13000 and motorola provide it lolipop so why grand2 is not??????????????
