Yea i agree with u grand prime like HANG prime its always hang land nd open every foldr balck or white screen come out nd overheating also its worst mobile ever.....only front camera is good rest is worst only selfie lover buy it worst mobile ever.......now i am very happy with my old is gold grand2 is aweesom mobile nothing problm since 1 year 5 mnth use its nice device.....but pls samsung its 10 time better than prime pls give us power of new lolipop update its really deserve.......

I purchased it read lovely comments nd sold my old grand2 bt after 1 wewk Grand prime is a lagy phone always hangs i buy it 1 week ago nd play games or surfing net its freez and hangs and hangs i hate it i lost my 13000 rs for ots crappy phone samsung same on u its third class phone ever and u think lolipop update of it looks its only 1 gb ram its always hanging in kitkat so think what do with lolipop??????
U only think only u r profit its crappy mobile i was sold last night 9000/- nd i gave 13000 nd buy my lovely old bt new set of my grand2 i realize my grand2 is king of grand best phone ever in my life no hang,lag,freezing problm ots best mobile with 1.5 gb of ram its king of king of grand series

I complete using this phone( grand 2 lte) since 3 month's. . Great device large hd display (720p with 280ppi)very fast and powerfull maybe the best value for money device here in Greece .powerfull arm cortex a7 quad processor 1.2ghz power with snapdragon 400 motherboard will do everything you need without problems !!!! Photos are very good resolution amazing videos. Great gaming machine . Plays everything without problems. Battery is great 2 days with full Internet and gaming. I have nothing bad to say for this device.
The only thing tha i need is lollipop update for this special grand 2 device!!!!!!!!!!!

GG2 has completed his journey to Kitkat 4.4.2. Never expect for any OS upgrade in future. You only get some bug fix in coming few months. That's all.

If any problem occurs you better throws it to a dustbin, don't expect any service from Samsung Mobile service centre.
Not a good mobile at this price range.

I also using Samsung galaxy grand 2 actually its good condition. But when I try to play music player or YouTube after calling it shows "unable to play during a call" but there's no call going on. So Restating phone it work correctly no error messages. How to fix it?

me using this grand 2 from 1year, no hang /lag problem, both camera very gud. touch is very gud.and it is quad core very fast lite speed. ram 1.5 very gud .battery backup is gud. i used for net continue 10 hours. realy it is very very gud.. me using this fb. whtapp. games like temple run play osome.. it has kitkat 4.4.2 which is gud . pless dont belive other users they are said battery backup is nt gud and hang problem. it is not true, realy it is gret phone. it is gret than s5, grand prime. grand max.s4. and grand2 display is gud its tft screen but gud..

Samsung's developments myst see this page!! Please we want the lollipop update.galaxy grand 2 deserved lollipop. it is a great device with very good qualifications inside. Please samsung be fair and give us the update. .
