back up ur everything in kies and then reset ur grand...settings>accounts>backup & reset...
u'll feel same like newly grand when u bought...thenafter autoback up from kies

Sandeep, 17 Feb 2014I have got the new update with 97.06mb today. I am observing that there are lot of issues in l... moreHi I am having same problem after updating with ubnb2 update of around 97mb on my samsung galaxy grand.
I've searched so much on google for solution; and now i've come to conclusion that either we can wait for a new update from samsung or we should root our phone and install a new firmware through custom rom. I've read that new kitkat version is also available for grand.

Please don't buy Samsung Grand I9082 or any Samsung phones...It is simply horrible experience of having Grand for 1yr with horrible problems and lagging,hanging no proper updates given by Samsung.
Please don't buy this horrible phone....

WHAT's HAPPENING GUYS>>>JUST installed new update{nb2}..
iam not facing any issues....the only change i obs that..gallery app memory has been set....for me i didnt obs any hangs.but while playn sub-surf there is somewhat lag...thats it....
IF UR FACING ANY ISSUEs...JUST RESTART THE PHONE BY REMOVING AND REINSERTING THE battery SIM AND MEM-CARD..{or else format completely}...

I had a same issue. I updated jdq39.i9082xxubnb2 to this firmware and my grand getting slower and slower. Don't know why ? is there any solution ?
