Guys i m using grand since 4 months and I can say that grand is not good one its excellent, camera outstanding display excellent full hd recording its 5inch dual sim yar... in 4 months my grand never hang even a single time, I can't understand why people r leaving negative comments, yes I agree galaxy s4 is better than grand. If u have more money then go for s4 otherwise in this range its much much better.... battery not excellent but decent....

I have used this phone 1 month excellent phone but small problem in charging, yesterday i plugged the charger my phone got the sound notification of charging but didn't show the battery bar notification & won't charge my phone then power off my phone & power on then I plugged the charger when my phone works normally, I did yesterday & today what can I do??? Pls help me anyone

Nadafi, 08 Jan 2014I don't Know how to transfer the contacts names from SIM card to the device ?Go to Contacts, press the options (left menu button) and go to Import/Export. Then just 'Import from SIM card'.

Ranjib, 07 Jan 2014Hi... You upgrade your os version from 4.1 to 4.2, then it will show you 8 GB total memory.I have upgraded to 4.2, still it's showing only 4GB.
Also is there any chance grand would get the Kitkat update?

But u need to enter ur service provider message center number... then u can start using SMS... I also experienced this on the first day i used it..
