No other phone is available with the latest operating system....
Am really in love with my nexus... And specially with kitkat...
"Ok Google" app is awesome...

I am using SGG since April 2013 and i am still stuck on Android 4.1.2! I tried to update my phone in a few countries since the 4.2.2 update was released and my phone still says that it has the latest update is installed. Now i tried to update my phone in Russia and it didnt work. Stupid Samsung is making me sick! Any help? I tried to updare via OTA and kies.

So far after about 5 months this has been a great Dual SIM phone. Rare for New Zealand it works both on Telecom 850/2100 MHz bands on SIM 1 (850 been the predominant band) and Vodafone/2degrees 900/1800/2100 MHz on SIM 2 on the GSM bands.
I read the write ups prior to purchase and there was criticism of the screen display but I have not found this to be an issue. There may be better but overall its display is excellent.
I have only found a couple of minor annoyances and this applies to a couple of other Samsung phones I have had which is the ergonomics. Firstly the placement of the side switches. The on/off switch is toward the top right side about where you hold it whilst talking, given the handset is so wide and you can inadvertently turn the phone off mid conversation. Its as if no one bothered to test this phone post initial production. It would be better using the main button.
And the secondly the touch buttons right and left of the main centre button do not illuminate once the screen is unlocked unless pushed and then only temporarily. Like I say minor issues really and something Samsung could address fairly easily.
Otherwise I recommend this handset, its real good.

My phn sound has been decrease within 04th day of purchase.
I had to go for factory reset for the problem.
Except this, its a nice set.

I am using Samsung Grand Galaxy GT-19082,
my phone battery is very low, every time i taking my phone charger with me for charge the phone beacuse of battery problem i am charging my phone up to 3 to 4 hours that battery backup is only for 2 hours maximum back up only so kindly suggest me can i change my Samsung galaxy grand phone to same company and take other one
