This phone is very good looking. ...but this phone have a hanging pro.. any tim...when u .watch video ..and suddenly u back....in this condition phone hang .... u talk to any other person. ..when you cut the phone .then pho. hang.....but this looing is good..features is good....:p

Anonymous, 28 Feb 2016Yes. My phone had same problem. Change battery. After changing battery,it stands whole dayUsing this ph for last 2 years now. As usual high priced edition of another Samsung ph. It hangs very often. Battery sometimes is eaten up pretty fast even if no foreground app is running. At this price Samsung should give at least 2 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM. Overall satisfactory user.
