viggy, 06 Nov 2013I use galaxy grand ....my phone has become very slow I dont know why can someone help me...!!! Duse it depends on APPs you use in ur phone....observe when it is hanging with any particular app and just uninstall that...and download clean master app and set auto kill in settings so that autometically it kills the ram and you can avoide hanging.

this phone is amazing its underratted beleive me its fast it doesnt lag i've been using it for 7 months its price is cheap but you wont regret buying it

Call sohuld be done from the same sim in which you are using internt and it must be a 3G net.2G cant be used on call wheras 3G can be worked evn on call.

It depends on how you charged the cellphone by computer/laptop or through switch socket three pin, and charging for 5 hrs wont make it drain so quickly look out whether you have kept your GPS on and not activated your power saving mode, it really makes a difference.

I am using this mobile since July,2013. Almost 5 months now would like to share that the phone has never ever given me a problem any how i upgraded it from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2 Jelly bean by myself with the help of WIFI and trust me guys its working smoothly. Most of the user don't understand what exactly they expect from the cellphone. Before taking the mobile please understand what exactly u need from the mobile. I use it for making many payments such as bill payments movie ticket booking gaming n surfing chatting purpose just by saying it hang it lags Ur showing that u didn't understood the mobile concept properly, i will say think and find the problem first, what is wrong it might be like you have created your own problem. I am using this mobile for past 5 months but it never hanged yes i have switched it off properly and switched on many times, But that's not called HANGED so please guys think b4 what we all are commenting.

guys please visit this website, there is a link suggest to CEO. Please evryone ask the CEO to provide Android 4.4 KitKat for Samsung Galaxy Grand aS IT is capable to run the OS very smoothly. i request evryone to message him so that they release the OS upgrade soon for grand

Even though you can multitask in a smartphone, it doesn't make sense to use the internet and make a voice call at the same time. Your internet connection will HAVE TO be kept 'on hold'. :)
