There are probably better dual sim Android phones than this one. But Samsung has done a good job in term of product design, UI, and craftsmanship. While it lacks in pixel density, it makes up in "better" battery life than its peers. Also, it offers more RAM (1GB) than many peers which helps the OS running smoothly. The only thing that annoys me, other than the subpar battery life, is that it doesn't come with 'hide call ID' function as a factory installed software which is available on other Samsung phones.
