1. Big screen
2. Dual sim..pretty useful..
3. Decent internet browsing..
4. Its samsung..professional look during meetings..(big business peepz)
5. Easy to use.
Bad
1. Bad video quality and image..pixels feel stretched out sometimes...color isnt so vivid..
2. Slow uploading and downloading even on wifi..
3. Sudden lag...super sluggish..
Isnt true..
They said they get disconnected..hanged..thats depend on your country mobile data really..never hangs in southeast asia..

Just solve the hanging problem. It hanged again yesterday's morning. It really disturb my daily business routine.
FYI, I just factory reset it 2 days ago (this is the 2nd time after 4.2.2. Now it is w/o any non-factory apps but it does not solve the hanging problems.

1) According to latest statistics, SAMSUNG is the world's most mobile selling brand defeating Nokia(recently) which was ruling in handset areas since very long time. It is because of difference OS adopted by Samsung n Nokia. If we consider India, SAMSUNG, NOKIA, MICROMAX comes in the rank respectively in 1st, 2nd & 3rd. [U can google it]
2) According to latest statistics, in 2013 first quarter, aroung 1.25 lakh Androd smartphones r sold whreas aroung 25 thousand Windows smartphones r sold.
So, stop saying Windows phone r better than Android.
3) Many people r saying that Sony is better than samsung. They r saying Samsung smartphones lags, freezes, hangs, low battery, crap design, heating issue, heavy game not supports etc etc. For those people saying who is saying these things, i wonna ask one thing: Have people made SAMSUNG most selling brand due to these problems???
If Sony xperia is better than samsung then why people have choosed samsung as best buying brand even both has Android OS?
If we come to the SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND, it may have not good specifications, but it satisfys the customer in every respecr like battry back up, gaming, display, music, camera etc.
[Yes, Samsung have same design of almost all smartphones, but it does not mean that it has wrost design. But yes comparitively other brands, it has not as good design as others.]
