I have been using samsung galaxy grand since mar 2013 till now I have not faced any problem. Now since couple of weeks my phone switches off automatically in my pocket or in my car. Not sure of the problem. Anyone pls suggest me the remedy

I read in news that this phone is upgraded to 4.2.2 jelly bean in India. I have a question, when i buy samsung grand duos from store next week, will it come with OS 4.2.2 or i have to purchase it first and manually update..please reply..

I first updated to 4.2.2 (488 MB) thru KIES last week. It took about 2 hrs.
For nest update MBI1 (say 61 MB approx). it again took 2 hrs thru KIES.
Does KIES method always downloads full firmware ?
Is there any method for incremental update (ie. download only 61 MB) in KIES? (Like OTA would have downloaded only 61 MB in this case)

Anyone having this problem?
'PopupuiReceiver' which once runs (automatically), won't let my phone sleep, drains the battery, comes back within seconds after I've stopped it in 'active applications'. I will have to shut my phone down, take out the battery and restart my phone - and hope it does not come up again. But sometimes it still runs.
I did not acquire it and cannot be found under my downloaded apps list.
Could anyone please tell me, what it is? When I was still using 4.1.2, I never have this problem. Can it only happen after I upgraded to 4.2.2 ?

i have found bugs after upgrading to 4.2.2. device hangs up, many apps run time error. please help.... should i re install 4.1.2 or els ??
