Hate Samsung because of this phone.

I used this phone samsung galaxy gt -19082 it was the worst experience for me and it is the most bad phone i ever use b4, I read most of the comments were wrote about this device and I strongly agreed with all users , the quastion is , as u like to hear our opinions how you can help us and what can u do for us , any way we lost the price of this bad phone

my phone is just nit working...it automatically download apps and drain my data...the adobe sir app, monkey test and android patch apps which I think are inbuilt apps are always stopping. my whatsapp is not working too...what kind of phone is this? please how do I go about it?

THOMAS GUNALAN, 19 Nov 2015I Have a samsung galaxy duos 19082 it is not working properly, i dont know when it is switched... moreHello Sir it will be better if you update your software to 4.2.2 Jelly Bean by going to Settings then click on about device then click on software update and then update your phone and if your phone problems like hanging persists download c cleaner and clean the ram of your phone regularly and if your phone is switching off without your notice as mentioned in your problem then try to change the battery of your phone.Thankyou.

Yesterday i left that real brand (GT 19082) charging as i got to sleep to my suprise when a walk up a found it shut down a tried to switch it on but all in vain, I removed the battery and it just went on bat a screen showing empty its the one that is slow it hangs, when a tryed to check about the phone memory it showed me 8Gb but when a connected it to ma pc it showed me 1.2Gb. guys! on the phone menu the * and # menu bars stoped so no checking balance and loading air tym not easy ,guys! am fade up of this brand.
