My sim slot no 2 sometimes cannot send or received txt need to restart only can send txt .sometimes reply few times then happen. message fail to send. restart cp then can send.software problem?pls help

AnonD-170012, 19 Aug 2013can you please help me by telling how to do it??? also, my phone doesnt connect to pc. this is... moreyou need to download and install Samsung Kies, from Samsung's mobile website, once you installed kies in your computer, connect your phone with the usb cable, you will prompt with a dialogue box that says, new hardware found, it will then, search and install the driver for your phone. when you see the message, driver successfully installed, open kies, unlock your phones screen, it will show up in your kies, there you can copy contacts, message, create backups. also copy files, to and from your phone. good luck.

Have you downloaded FB hat APP..
in this phone if you are using fb chat app and if anyone sends you a msg that comes on screen...long press on the screen and drag it to down to dustbin icon.

next time when you connect ur mibe to PC or Lappy by using USB cable, after conected you can find usb icon on top of the mobile screen...select options there.

4GB is for the use of storage(images,songs,videos etc etc.

Follow this....10 simple steps to use internet on ur grand.
menu
1)Settings
data usage...enable mobile data(turn it in to green)
2)tap back button once
3)go to more settings
4)mobile networks
5)Select sim(in which you want to use net)
6) 1st option would be mobile data..turn it in to green
7)Data roaming shouldbe enabled(no extra charges)tap ok when you get Attention popup.
8)Access point names
after clicking on access point names
you will find few options related to service provider..then tap left button(settings button which is located at left to home button(or middle button) on ur handset.
you wil get 2 options 1)new APN 2) reset to default
tap 2nd option(reset to default)wait untill it restore the settings.
9)network mode..if 2G select GSM only if 3G select GSM/WCDMA(Auto) mode.
10)After that switchoff ur phone , remove the sim and insert it after 15sec and use the net.
only sim 1 supports 3G...sim to support only 2G.

Its a common thing.please let me know when it is happening..when you are talking ? normally using ? when using headset or when connected to output speakers.if it is happening while connected to headset or speakers no need to worry...other than that pleas have a check with service center.
