I m having a problem in my Samsung Galaxy Grand ...
My phone was hanging too much so i Exported all my contacts to SD card and reset it to factory settings but after that when i opened my contacts the Option of IMPORT/EXPORT Contacts disappeard!!! Plz hlp me I really need those contacts

Im using this phone for over 1 year now.my advice is not to update this device to jellybean 4.2. I updated and it became really slow.then I installed 4.1 again and it performs smooth now.im using over 50 apps in my mobile withot any lagging.battry backup is also not bad.I hope this will help for those who having lagging problem.

Guys I have the solution of the slowness of this phone....
Application manager>all> find gallary app and open it....>clear the data....
This gallary app shared over 500mb data from my phone storage...I cant imagine it just...I deleted...and my phone got its real power to show me what it can do...

the phone is pretty cool ram is great handle app fastly for those saying hang it depend on what u run on ur phone....my phone handle 15 apps multitasking and abt the battery i uses 7% 4rm morning till evening dont discourage people this phone is my best phone love grand 1

sakib, 09 Jul 2015pls somebody help.my phone is not booting up. it hangs while booting up on samsung logo.TIAhad same problem in the first week... returned to seller gave me 4 wk later... again prob.... then fixed in my home country (bought in Dubai)... nw after approx 1.5 yrs.. getting slow so many times... restating.... bitter experience... stuck with it... can't change soon....

Have used it for 22 month,the weird is sometimes it running very smothly,but sometimes it makes me upset,the weirdest thing is beside sometimes the hanging in UI and apps(like line,path,chrome),but it's almost never have the problem in gaming and it's peform great!(like clash of clans,quiz up,8 ball pool)the hard core game peform lagging but managable(like ashpalt 8 in high graphics configuration),beside that both camera and battery is great
