Grand hangs, takes 4 hours to completely charge, gives 5 hours of battery... moremy question is where did you buy your unit? maybe you bought it only in street coz mine is perfect no lags no hangs although some games is not working and its okay for the prize of smart phone with dual sim

Pls, dont go for grand it's waste of money. i have own grand for near about 2 months only & i faced the following problems.
- Hang & Auto switch off & restart by itself . i also getting the poor response for the same from samsung.
- I observed during camera, games & application using time it's facing the problems what i mentioned above.
Pls, dont waste your money guys

sky, 29 May 2013Why download to laptop if you can directly download it on your Samsung Grand via Playstore?Friend, that game is not compatible with grand.. So either u can take that game from your friend or you can download apk and transfer it on your device.. Like someone already said..

I am using galaxy grand morethan 2 months im feeling good.. But the battery backup is not convenient. low battery backup... and the GPRS speed is also not fast in 2G..
Give me a details we can update the battery 2100 to 2500mh. is any option.. plz., reply..

Grand hangs, takes 4 hours to completely charge, gives 5 hours of battery backup, no USB OTG support, a lot of games doesn't work, some games lags badly, screen quality is eww, doesn't look premium, just dual core, not smooth when Multitasking, Internet browsing so slow and frequent crashes sometimes and display issue. really sucks.

it is nice phone but it is switchoff automatically and dont switch on untill once bettery remove and reinstall.
this is the best phone in market in this range if this problem solved

First of oll let me start vid specifications den it doesnt matter if grand iz provided vid a dual core cortex a9 processor it butterli manages multitaskin...
Here if one iz spendin 20k fo galaxy grand den he iz gettin a good deal as one gets a flagship device which iz imposibl 2 get in diz price...
Grand iz preloaded vid multiwindow, smartstay, lots of motion features....
Build quality is awesome u vil get a "richer" look while usin it...
Camera iz superb....
Hav installed more den dozen of apps bt still workin fine...
Everythin in diz world haz some limitations so same applies here olso in some matterz...
Here in india if one is ready to spend more den 10k fo a phone den a brand name iz olso required...
Moreover samsung service stations haz excellent network nd r very helpful...
U wont b able to get upgrades fo any mmx device bt ur grand vil b upgraded fo a coupl of yr...
So dont look s spendin 20k s ur xpens bt look it s n investment...
Go fo grand itz awesome...
U vil feel shy while takin out ur canvas hd in a party nd if sum1 called it a china phone (reallity)...

[deleted post]I believe the same as you but i bought Galaxy Grand because Canvas HD was out of stock. Every single piece is selling like hot cakes and it's difficult to find it these days. Just explore some stores and maybe you'd be able to find it or even get it.
