My I9082 says smart dual sim always on FAILED on Sim1 and works only on SIM 2
can you please let me know the reason?

I used to have this phone everything is good but when im on skype, video is horribly pixelated even wifi signal is excellent due to low PPI. I dont recommend this phone for those who frequently use VOIP as means of comminucation.
