My galaxy grand duos mobile 2 years old..but no problem..very good mobile. Very smooth. .... superfast internet surfing. ..... battery is very good..I continue net surfing 7 hours. .. this mobile sar value is low...so it is good for health. .......thanks

Hi guys. I agree that samsung let itself down with the grand. Very slow machine. Lots of junk uninstallable apps such as chat on. I have uninstaled some and those whoch refused I forced close them and disanled them now the response speed has tremendously improved

This is by far the worst phone ever made on our planer. It is lame and useless and does not work. I wish I could throw this phone in a gutter. In 2 months time I will buy I new phone (definitely not samsung). Its such a ridiculous phone, it should be kept in a museum. The phone is so slow, that in case of an emergency, this phone might become the primary cause of youe time waste. The reaponse time is unbelievably slow. You can never recieve calls on time or text anybody when you want to. You have to atleast wait for 10 minutes to perform simple tasks.
This phone should be confiscated. Its made my life miserable and I hate Sam******Sung. Its a crap phone!!! Don't dare to download apps on this dumb piece of metal.

I cudnt open even contacts, camera, apps ... moretake back up of both card and phone memory and back up and reset your phone to factory settings...it will behave as new branded one. Trust me i am using the same and faced similar problem but now everything is fine

Please I need to know this on authority,theres been too many conflicting answers to this question: how long should one charge a new battery before use for the first time?please I need to know this because my battery can hardly last 3 hrs and I have acquired a new one and I believe you have to charge it right the first if you want maximum performance. Thank you
