Yes lancy u have to update ur phone, go to setting>about device> software update...
Then search update and then u will get two updates after this update u will surely get over ur problems. ..

I m using dis phone since two weeks, it is a good phone, camera is good and it run heavy games really well, but it gots freeze sometimes, hope that is jelly bean problem and fix soon in next update 4.2.2....

Hii guys ....plz help me...my play store is not working on my Samsung galaxy grand...I cant download anything from playstore and whenever I run sum application the phone freezes for few seconds and a pop up menu comes which says
( Unfortunately the process com.google.process. gapps has stopped )....this all started when I was downloading Go launcher Ex from play store....plz help me......This is my first android yr and I am worried. ...

Hi everyone, I have been using this phone since March 10 2013. skype Video calls are excellent on 3G. Viber is fantastic. Facebook is real time chat.
But I have a problem with this phone purchased from amazon.com, in two weeks I have experienced 4 sudden death of the phone. Three times I have to remove the battery to reboot the phone one time it rebooted itself. This has to be reported to Samsung. I hope GSMARENA will relay this info to Samsung for the users. Thank you

I dont wanna pay so much for the specs in the grand either but I definitely cant go with the micromax 2100 4g band in my country and trying to get less popular brands re-sold for good price is difficult so branding is a BIG deal. Unless your not looking to change that phone anytime soon.
