Just got a chance to compare this phone with Xperia Z just now. Yes Xperia Z have quadcore, 5 inch HD screen. I copied the demo HD clip from Xperia Z to the Grand. Played both simultaneously. You'll be surpeise how vivid, clear and wonderful the playback on the so-called low clsaa screen on the grand compared to playback on Xperia Z which is gloomy, lack in details and poor saturation. Both plays the clip smoothly.
Try it yourself. You'll be amazed how this el-cheapo phone beat the Xperia Z that priced almost double. Please dont take my word. try it yourself...
Best of all, this phone looks 95% like its bigger brother S4. My friends mistaken this phone with the newly launched S4. Mainly because its similar screen size...

Hi Frnds,
I'm using this mobile for past 15 days, so far it's good only.. but 2 days back I installed firmware update which I received from software updates.. after installing I'm facing a strange issue.. Mobile suddenly getting hanged.. i can't do anything. Nothing is working .. not even back button and power button.. nothing is working.. Only option i got is to remove the batter and to restart... Please help me guyz.. I'm new to smartphone..

i bought this phone last week...
advantages:
1.nice bateery
2.full hd playback and recording...1280 frame width..plays folling formats: avi,mp4hd,flv,mkv.mpeg
3.nice display...
4..BEST thing:
multi window ..u can do 2 task at same time...like browse web and msg oh same screen by dividing screen...
5.support upto 64 gb...internal 4 gb enough for apps download,,,for storing videos u can use memory card...
6.nice speed ...doest hanged even a single time ...by using multiwindow
7.best looks...awesome camera clearity...even front cam clarity awesome
8.high speed internet experince even oh gprs...it gives full speed on sim network...
many more advantages of fone....
drawbacks:
1. just one in my point of view...
that is low pixel clearity in sunlight...
but not much just little...
2. lil costly,,,should be around 19000RS
other than i will give : 9/10 to this pne...
peple saying buy micromax,,or karbonn...than grand ...are saying becauz they are not able to buy grand...thats the reason...thanks friends ...

Battery back up is very poor. Doesn't stands for half day if u use 3g or 2g net

Best phone by every means. Just matched by requirements. Battery is stupendous. No need to charge twice a day. Backup upto 1 day without any issue.
I have this for more than 50 days and it did hanged but only twice and that too before last update. Camera performance at day time is very good, nice and clear. Indoor camera performance is bit on a downside but that is a case with almost every handset. Seriously phn cam cant replace digi leave dslr ..
Screen is vivid and full of life despite being brightness set at 30% . No complaints, very happy with grand. If god is kind , then i'll soon lay my hands on s4.

before buying grand take a look on xperia s cz even m suppose to buy a phone and confused which one i should buy. But according to my analysis grand is good but xperia is much better but every phone has its own advantages and disadvantages jzt take a look see which one suits u n buy it.
