max, 18 Dec 2012will it be able to play flash content Yes it will because its browser is HTML5.
Rcg, 18 Dec 2012S3,S Duos,Premier,S3 Mini and this Grand have same look . And S4 will be look like same (sorry... moreAnd so are all Xperia, Lumia, HTC and iPhones, all of their models have the same looks.
So why wonder?
Actually 187ppi is not bad for high-midrange. But not having a scratch resistant for about 5.5 inch surface is in question. If i put another scratch protector sheet on 187ppi would look like a 150ppi.
Waste phone. There is no 3G in the second SIM (SIM 2). Better buy Samsung S7562 with similar features.
Another Samsung-but-not-flagship-so-it-won't-get-any-updates device
Juno shah, 18 Dec 2012Nokia lumia 920 is better than thisDon't compare this phone with Lumia 920,seriously? this is a mid-range phone..if you want comparison, compare Lumia920 and GS3..now that would be fair...
Finally!!! a good spec phone with dual sim and support 3G on 850MHZ, thanks samsung!
S3,S Duos,Premier,S3 Mini and this Grand have same look . And S4 will be look like same (sorry for bad english(
bad and bad, I will not buy.
3G only for sim 1, worst than galaxy s duos ( both sim)
low resolution screen. not super amoled, it should be 720x10000..
low battery only 2100, it should be 3100
CPU should be dual core 1.7
only good in camera
so, I wait for the new model (dual sim)
Anonymous, 18 Dec 2012 Why only (~187 ppi pixel density)??! why so serrrrious?
187 PPI, LCD Screen, 800x480 Resolution and No Corning Gorilla Glass!!
I always thought Samsung products were fancy (No matter they flatter a dual or quad core, the truth is you will never ever be able to utilize of them) and now they offer a 187 PPI, LCD Screen, 800x480 Resolution and No Corning Gorilla Glass!?
Is this really gonna be GRAND?
very good spacs as far as dual sim phone is concern. but why all people are running behind bigger screen. I want upto 4" screen..that may fit in pocket well.
Screen size 5 inch v/s 5.5 inch for Note 2
RAM 1 GB v/s 2GB for Note 2
screen resolution 187 ppi at 480*800 v/s 233 ppi and higher res for Note 2
Dual core 1.2GHZ processor v/s quad core Exynos on Note 2
No dedicated GPU unlike Note 2
Slightly thicker and a lot lighter than Note 2
My guess is that this is the upgraded Galaxy S DUOS, and should cost around Rs. 18-20,000.
Awsome phone in itself!
