All android device will experience lag, crashes, automatic boot up, etc if you don't know what to do. All these complaints on the phone can be fixed. Instead of complaining and providing bad comments with an amazing device, try to search for the fix. Clearing cache and data, doing soft reset, updating the software and doing factory data reset are one of those.

I have been using this phone from Feb 2013. Worst phone I have ever used. 50% of the time, it was with Samsung Service. Within 30 minutes, the charge drains, if internet/wifi is on. Hangs for no reasons. Shows 75% and hangs. Restart button also hangs. So remove battery and restart it. The battery % shows 5%. Great features. But use any of the features, battery goes down. Somebody calls, it hangs. The problem with this mobile is, either it hangs or battery drains. The most pathetic mobile and dumbest mobile ever used. If both does not happens, for no reason the mobile becomes very slow. I have not installed many apps. But still hangs or slow for no reason. Planning to replace the mobile and looking for a mobile with equivalent feature with great battery. Thinking of Gionee M2, but not sure. If any one knows a model having features equivalent to Grand duos, please suggest for a lower price. But please, no more Samsungs. I am totally frustrated.

i updated my grand 2 nd since then it becomes switched off nd on by itself n i cant receive any calls nd also my wifi is not getting on

neeru, 27 Jul 2014how to factory reset to grand 9082 model???Before doing this keep in mind "ALL THE DATA WILL BE ERASED OF YOUR MOBILE". (except External Memory card)
Go to Settings -> Accounts -> in Accounts you will see "Backup and Reset" open it.In the next page you will find "Factory Data Reset".
