I own this phablet 1 month now. Good fatures but freezing problems. As a medium heavy user 1 gb of ram is too small for me. It gets eaten up to 80% just on idling making it too slow. I wish samsung will fix this in grand 3. The battey is also poor compared to my lumia 625 . Only 4gb available but the good thing is you can store apps on sd.

Install cleanmaster and for battery get juicedefender from google play.

This update 4.2.2 is better Samsung service center.so you go soon service center and enjoy the galaxy grand duos.. very smooth... everything is better after update.

Try to switch off the mobole and restart.Trt...

jai, 30 Jun 2014Used custom ROM cynogen 4.4 It make phn speed fast n got a new UIcan u please post a link for helping us get to 4.4.4 so we can also flash our 9082.
