Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo - user opinions and reviews

Hi, I want to change my phone ASAP. I have been using Samsung for a while now. Honestly speaking, these Galaxy phones have given me a hard time in terms of being slow and multi-tasking. I have had a very bad experience with Samsung Galaxy Fame and an Ace Dous. However, I realise I should be more particular about its Processor and RAM. therefore, I am now wanting to switch over to Grand Neo.
Kindly suggest, is Ganrd Neo any good an option? Also consider that I am not fond of games so would not download such Apps as such plus for other/heavy Apps, I already have a Tab 2.
Need to think economical too.
