No after sale service... moreIt's very sad and heart breaking when you purchase a device that doesn't do everything that you expect from it... However the only person to blame is yourself as a buyer for not doing enough research about the product you're buying... one cannot buy a Grand neo and expect s6 specs and performance... e.g. you can't buy an entry level Toyota car and expect it to have all the features and performance of a Maybach... don't blame samsung for the type of phone you chose... if samsung made every phone with s6 edge specs, then not everyone would have access to a phone because not everyone can afford to pay that kind of money. Manufacturers are trying to give all classes of people access to a product from poorest to richest. Now if one can't afford a high end device stick to the lower end and stop mourning....😊

Yesterday I update new firmware on my Grand Neo Plus (I9060I) OS 4.4.4,
After this update, the VIBRATION STOPPED WORKING.
Have someone get this same issue? How to solve this? Is it software issue?

eller, 11 Jan 2016How to turn-off my auto-messaging or auto-spelling? PLease help..It's in Settings. Go to Language & input. Go to dictionary then click the keyboard settings. There you go. If you still can't find it. Just find it in the settings one by one until you see it. You're welcome
