Hey, am using Samsung galaxy grand neo plus and it the best phone ever. It doesn't hang and it's battery is good. I love it, nice phone

how do I get both sim cards working

its hangs up twice a day, & wont restart it. you have 2 remove the battery & insert it again to use the phone.... it is not good phone
