The neo+ is a great smartphone i bought it a week ago . I am facing no problem .the pixels are not bad but it culd be more better the camera quality is good allover i m happy with the phone

grand neo plus phone that i have bought 1 month ago is performing smoothly without any hanging problem....can anybody plz tell that is there any hanging by using long time?iam not finding smile detect capture.....plz tell me about these things

I amusing the Grand Neo Plus,I love this phone,however I have a problem. when I receive sms's I don't get the small icon indicating that an sms has come in...this sometimes causes me to notice after hours that I actually received an sms. Can anyone help me in this regard? Am I the only one with this problem?

i am using this phone plus version since 1 month ago. i have no issue with this phone. The phone is working smoothly and no hanging problem. The pixel density is some how low bt it does not matters much. The camera quality is not the best bt not the worst. You can go for this samsung smartphone

I started to use this phone from July 2015. Due to the size, I often mistake that I have placed in the shirt pocket and it drops off and crashing land and all the 3 pieces blown apart. ie. the front panel, back cover and the battery.
I am used to drive Motor cycle, once it so happened that I had to share my motor cycle HERO PASSION PRO - with 3" x 18 " tyres and drive HONDA ACTIVA. I did not know that Honda ACTIVA - loses its center of gravity. While driving on Greams Road Chennai, there was a pot hole, and i went over it. The mobile flew from my pocket and was lying scattered around 20 ft apart.
With great heart I stopped the byke in the middle of the road collected all the 3 pieces. Saw whether the glass was broken. To my surprise it was intact. I switched on the phone worked fine. This happened during Feb 2015
Even today it is working fine without any issues. Its a real great smart phone

hhh, 20 May 2015What about Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo it is fixed in 4.2.2 jellybean and not receiving any updat... moreThere is no update. Instead of ota update they releases grand neo plus as an update for android kitkat along with the new 2mp front camera that many have asked for. They cannot update camera through ota. Updating the old grand neo would turn it into grand neo plus, so it becomes meaningless.
