my sam gal 9060i is facing hanging problem. it hangs when in fb messenger , when tried to accpt whatsapp call and then I've to remove its battery.
sometimes when swiched off it cn not be opened .
then I've to remove its battery once and put again .
pls whats to do to solve the problem .

I have had my Samsung Grand Neo Plus for just over a week and I love it. The only problem is that when I phone someone (or someone phones me) the sound is very bad - almost like a bad signal sound. You hear the other person intermittently - please advise what the problem could be. We live 150 kms from the nearest town, so am dreading that I have to take this phone in for repairs. I ordered it online. Please advise. Thank You

firoj, 17 May 2015i bought samsung grand neo plus last 2 days.it is running good so far.but am not sure that thi... moreAll smartphone hangs. You just need to clear the ram and clear cache data. My phone use 67% of ram while browsing and youtubing with no hanging issue. Never install clean master, worst apps ever. Do not open more than 3 apps at the same times. Dont play hd games ever. Dont clutter your smartphone with movies or music videos. Cheap phone, you get what you paid for. Grand prime is better with qhd display and galaxy alpha-like touchwiz ui though with slightly higher price.

I brought it 3 days ago,till now it's hang 6 times.network quality is very poor,some time network gone blank and touchscreen was not working properly.

I like this phone. It is super cheap. Around $120 for the the lower version and $160 for the better version with 2mp front camera and 16gb internal memory that come with android kitkat 4.4.4. Go for it if you need cheap phone. I also like that it come with two other colors beside black and white which is orange and lime green. It remind me of galaxy s3.
