This cell phone came out super Well I have 2 years as the only thing that the software must upgrade to 5.1 because some applications do not work correctly due to software

Good day all I trust you well. I've purchased this device a year and few months ago were totally happy with it.
I'd say after a year of having this phone it started giving problems such as camera shuts down and makes a ticking sound when it shuts completely dow. This automatically restarts the phone then your battery level dropped. It's apps also stops working unexpectedly. Battery drains very fast and it heats upfor no reason. Can anyone advise me what to do i really like this device . I asked around and friends also experience this. Please note i did try a different battery and the problems still continues.

Grand neo is a worse phone, i use it about 4 years and 2 times soft bricked without issue.

I have this phone for almost 3 years now.
After a year had to change the battery, paid 30 € for it.
And now since it's stuck at Android 4.2.2, has a weak hardware and only 8GB of memory, it's hard to use it as a daily driver.
A lot of incompatible apps, no space left, screen is smal for reading manga and not really bright, camera is not too bad but still bad, selfie camera is horrible, speakers have bad quality, battery doesn't even last half a day... For me it's hard to use but for a kid that only plays games like Clash of Clans it's enough. That's why I'll give it to my 13 yo brother once I get a new one.
[My next phone is probably going to be an Oneplus flagship like the 3T or the Honor 8, since the prices are lower, but of course I want to try a S7 Edge, Xperia XZ, Huawei Mate 9 or LG V20...]

to whom who compare grand neo to j2. i can't blame you if you will compare the two of it but take a look at the date release. and remember, even though they are from the same company (samsung) their path is not the same. what i mean is, j2 is in the J series while grand neo is not. you should compare j2 to j5 or j7. this is the right comparison. i hope i clear your review. mr.
