to whom who compare grand neo to j2. i can't blame you if you will compare the two of it but take a look at the date release. and remember, even though they are from the same company (samsung) their path is not the same. what i mean is, j2 is in the J series while grand neo is not. you should compare j2 to j5 or j7. this is the right comparison. i hope i clear your review. mr.

Please g... moreGrand neo is a worse phone, i use it about 4 years and 2 times soft bricked without issue.
I dont have J2 but J2 has more good specification than Grand neo, you can browse the j2 spec on this web

its a very bad phone in my life i have never using this pjhone bcoz camera is automatically off to taking pics.....and automaticaaly open another aap its ver very very very bad phone.............

OMG, where do I begin? It is bad phone. Bad camera quality, bad signal receiver, it corrupts pictures, apps, and music for a reason I don't even know. So if you ever buy this phone and take pictures or videos with it, back them up ASAP and delete it from the phone so you can have space for new stuff. Also, many factory apps crash for no particular reason. It's like the algorithm it's too much for itself. It is a hard phone to break tho, pretty resistant, although it may bring damage to internal parts. By mid 2016 the phone became obsolete. DO NOT BUY, unless it's a real emergency and you can exchange it for a new one soon.

I have this phone from march2015, i have problem with signal loss on both SIM cards simultaneously. The Samsung warranty changed motherboard 7 times but the same defect. They refuse negation service. I am very desapointed.

Galaxy Grand keeps hanging with the message, Unfortunately process com.android.systemui has stopped working. When you see this error, nothing else works on the phone except you open to remove the battery and restart. and this is happening again and again. Secondly networks keep fluctuating continuosly (on and off), and due to this, the application we use closes automatically. pls fix this as soon as possible. or else tell me how to fix this problem.
