Hi! My samsung grand neo keeps rebooting. It does hang up most of the time as well especially when I am connected to the internet. Need your help please. I just bought this last the 15th of this month. Is it already necessary for me to bring back to the samsung store? Thank you!

Moto g have kitkat update at rs 13,000only but I bought grand neo on android 4.2jelly bean only.......why samsung will not give kitkat update

Is this mobile has two IMEI number. If so i checked with the two IMEI number and one number shows "Nokia 6070" and another number shows "Samsung Grand Neo".
Please help me on this.
