I have a problem with my phone I just bought it as a UK used phone 4 days ago and it has started overheating to the extent that when the battery is 75 it drops rapidly and when it reaches 25 % the phone goes off and the battery is flat and when I try to charge it again it starts from 0% so if there is anything I can do to stop the overheating will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus last year, and don't have any problems with it. My problem is, my daughter deletes all my voice notes. I have some very sentimental voice notes from my daughter who passed away last year and I would really like to know if you can some how recover them. Breaking my heart of not possible

shifas, 27 Sep 2016This phone both 2 SIM cards supporting 4g? None of the SIMs support 4G LTE. (At least not in my experience.) there are better phones for this price atm, take a look at those, this one is kind of rubbish compared to it's more modern competitors.

I need a little help here. Since I bought this phone, I haven't enjoyed it not even a day. It discharge battery like craZy, it has enough space for me to install any app but It won"t. rather it will display system running out of space/free some space.
