Anonymous, 30 Aug 2014Grand 2...is bettrr than neo...Dear hi ashish here if u r using Samsung smartphone with black charger then it wll take minimum three hrsto charge ur phone alll u have to use white charger which take one hr Secondly if u connected nokia usb to ur black or white connector then alao it works phone wll charge within hour

I bought this phone last week.
Voice is cutting out on other end of call.
I Love the phone for everything, but call quality is not clear. I hear 2 or 3 voices of the other end conversation, sometimes I have to cut out completely.
I am frustrated, and will have to visit the service centre

hi...im facing problem sometimes when i turn bluetooth or wifi on it doesnt work it stay off till i restart phone after restart it work but again after on day same problem....i bought the grand neo duos since one week any one have the problem and what i can do?please help

What is optional dual standby? Can this phone use both the network? Phone call wil come from both the Sim or not?
