it was a very good phone and I like it very much best features are there and there are no difference between galaxy grand neo or grand 2

Hi Friends,
I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo 2-3 months back. Initially I faced problem, sometimes touch screen not working during scrolling.
Now, it is hang, even after pressing the option, it works after 2-3 seconds.
One more problem, Now-a-Days facing problem that it is too slow, while starting the game(especially Candy Crush) it stops and close automatically.
I though memory got full, then I have deleted so many pics and video from there. Now it has 1 GB fee space, but problem still remains same.
What could be the problem? Anybody can suggest the suitable reply? why it is happening?

sony xperia c is far away amazing phone as compare to grand neo..
if you want to chose from one of this two...
so close your eyes and go for sony xperia c...
but the only drawback in xperia c is front camera not good but it is a very good phone as compares to grang neo...

I am using this phone from last 5 months. It is really good. It has all features all I was looking for.
1 big screen
2 fast processor.
3 good internal memory. 8 gb. (I even used this mobile more than 3 months without memory card) and now with 16 gb.mem card.
4 also 50 gb storage from Dropbox is excellent option.
5 only drawbacks are camera and screen resolution when I compare it with galaxy grand 2. Everything else is very good.

its a very bad phone.....totally dust....i suggest to all never buy this phone...i facing so many issue on this phone 1) hanging problem 2)download is not happaning on default web browser 3) avi video is not supported 4) large game is not supported 5)display resolution is poor 6) samsung app is not available on this phone 7) front camara is very poor

I bought 7/8/2014 and now 18/8/2014 got a problem that no volume in call incoming & notifications. very slow downloadand hanging with black & blank screen, I wont suggest to buy this phone.I realy not happy.

There is no option to off the camera sound, only way is you have to put the mobile in silent mode and use the camera. Then you ll not get the camera sound.

Grand neo is very bad phone , I really faced problems like hanging , heavy games doesn't supported n nrtwork does not responding.
I really suggest u can't take this phone.
