I got the notfication for low-battery for the first time on my Grand Prime, as i had always charged it when the battery is around 20-25%. It asks to connect the charger with device and close all unused applications from Task Manager. Now, can someone tell me that from where I open this Task Manager?

dear do you know how the Notification light is on.......there is no notification light in sansung galaxy grand prime.

I am using this phone for last 2 years but issues were always there. I gave it for servicing 2 times but issues were not resolved. I logged a complain at CEO's office but they shamelessly told that we can't gaurantee phone's performance if you install 3rd party applications like Facebook & Whatsapp. They asked to goto their forum and contact their. After iterating that its phone problem they asked me to give the handset for servicing for 3rd time.

I don't know for what purpose you are mailing me when I clearly told that in-spite of giving my phone 2 times for servicing(the last one was just few days back) my phone still have same old issues.
I am just re-iterating:
Point no#1: I left my handset for 5 days and clearly told them that these are the issues and this is how we can reproduce them. After giving ample amount of time still they were not able to reproduce the issue and within a day after collecting the handset from service centre I start seeing the issues. What does it mean? That they either did not do proper testing or no testing at all.
Point no#2: You said we can't gaurentee mobile performance with a 3rd party application. It doesn't matter that if the 3rd party application if Facebook or WhatsApp because those are the *ONLY* 3rd party application i've on your my faulty handset. Please see the link I've shared at the end of the mail. Now please don't say that Facebook has a problem and even WhatsApp has a problem.... these are 2 very well reputed companies/applications. When both application version can work fine in one android handset why can't it work fine on Samsung handset.
Point no#3: When a customer buys a costly branded phone(like Samsung, cost > Rs20k) then you cannot say(which you actually did) about terms and conditions that if you install any 3rd party application(that too apps like FB/Whatsapp) then phone performance is not guaranteed. Common Mobile industry is highly competitive. And customer is the boss otherwise you will be out very soon.
When a low priced phone can provide better performance can you survive without performance and giving good quality service? You have already called me twice and still you are asking me to come 3rd time?
Point no#4: Inspite of loosing me patience I can give my mobile for repair/servicing but I asked you 2 things: Spare phone & I need somebody to pick my phone and return back. You simply said no for spare phone. WOW great. For phone pick-up you are telling that Samsung do not have this policy. Common... it's not the mistake from customer side. Samsung took my phone 2 times and they were not able to repair it. Its not a normal case... it is exceptional case. And for exceptional cases policy may be tweaked.
Legally I can't sue Samsung because phone is already out of warranty..Lucky Samsung!. Well actually not really lucky because one annoyed customer will definetely pull back your other would be customer. So hard luck.
Try to be customer oriented.

Samsung Prime is an awesome phone have been using it for the past 3 months no problem at all.

Galaxy grand prime has a very good camera but my comment on the shutter speed is slow with flash .
Galaxy grand prime have problems with facebook messenger when reaching many notifications in the same time its Hanging and became slower and you should free the chash or restart to refresh again .
Galaxy grand prime don't have a notification led light or when recharge .
Galaxy grand prime don't have light in menu or back key and its pouring in darkness.

Anyone have been using this phone, is there any problem with the hardware or cover after it falls?
I've been using grand prime for 3 months, it was great phone but I found the problem on the system it sometimes error on the camera and screen I have to reset device for a few times, I think this problem make me boring and now i sold it out
i have been using this phone for about a month and i have been encountering problems with the quality of my camera specifically with light blurring or lines popping out with the lights.

grand prime, because you can change the battery, in the A5 or A3 you cant do that like the iphone.
