I bought this phone two weeks ago and I haven't experience any problems with my phone at all. It's seems to be working fine for me, Now I know it's not the fastest download time on somethings but it still works fast for me yeah I paid only $89 for the phone but you have to remember they are not going to give you the same kind of software that's in a galaxy s4 or s5. People expect too much out of a low end device.
loren, 04 Apr 2016my phone can't connect to data connection.i need an advice how to activate it.first switch on mobile data then go to setting then sim card manager then data service network and select data network sim ( sim 1 or sim 2 )
go to > settings > sim cad manager > data service network > sim 1 or sim 2
Ok...what idiot designed this thing???
I bought the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime because I thought Samsung was a top brand. Here are issues I've uncovered:
1). SHORT battery life
2). NO backlight on 'back' or 'home' keys so you keep pressing trying to find them.
3). Stupid design - on/off and volume are directly opposite each other...so I turn off phone trying to adjust volume, turn down volume trying to shut it off.
4). Cannot control sync separate from each account - beyond annoying!
5). Cannot sufficiently dim screen for night viewing.
6). Cannot change keyboard to most used symbols. Keyboard is off somehow... press a k you get an l press again same way get a j try again maybe get a k. Same for many other keys. If it wasnt for autocorrect (which only pops most of the time) I'd go insane.
On and on... I probably should have bought a cheap (blank/blank) phone with more features. I'm beyond disappointed

Experienced Android , 03 Apr 2016This phone is hands down this biggest piece of shit I've ever had. I hate it so much I coarsel... moreI disagree with you! Maybe you just didn't treat it right 😊😂
This phone is hands down this biggest piece of shit I've ever had. I hate it so much I coarsely want to throw it directly at a brick wall. It's too heavy, so using it with one hand means if you don't balance it just right it's going to flip backward over your hand and fall to the ground. It's super slick and smooth, meaning it's slippery, meaning it's going to slip out of your hand and fall to the ground. It's laggy and slow. It has a short battery life, the screen brightness doesn't dim enough. It's got barely any internal memory out of the box. What else? It randomly drops calls. The Bluetooth has difficulty repairing with devices after you've left their proximity. The speakerphone sucks. The camera sucks (both of them). It's just a piece of shit phone and I can't wait until I get some extra scratch together or this phone breaks (intentionally or accidentally) so I can replace it with the LG g stylo that I had before it. THAT was an EXCELLENT phone that my screen broke on because I dropped it. Thought I'd try this Samsung out instead as it looked good on paper and was a little cheaper. Jokes on me. (And for the record, I don't hate on any brands, this Galaxy grand prime just sucks. Bad. My galaxy avant to this day was one of the best phones I've ever had)
I have buy this mobile today but 3g network is too slow . my old samsung mobile ace duos fast on same palace . please advice what I do.
