This device is definitely superior compared to other smartphones in it's price range (R1500 Retail). Just when I decided to boycott Samsung for the absurd pricing since the release of the S6 and up the smartphone giant surprises us with a budget smartphone that has incredibly smooth performance and has the same quality one can expect from Samsung. Don't underestimate this phone for it's price and seemingly small 4" inch screen. This device is a little beast. Gamingwise there is no lag. Runs smoothly.
I am not 100% satisfied. Well done Samsung!

SM J105F is a rubbish dont take it. Sometimes its cannot hear our voice for the other side person trough imo,whatsup,even in video calls can be see the pictures but the my voice cannot hear the other person. All other functions are working even the voice in direct calls working.Only the problems in applications.

Guys, I'm looking for a phone that can access several simple features like attach/download a document/pic to email, grab & uber aplications, reading pdf, standard quality photo (just enough for my FB and IG), social media (only use FB, IG, and twitter), listening music ( I don't really picky about the sound. Just clear enough is fine by me) and a long life battery. I took interest in this phone because of it affordable for me. But I read many complaints about the battery life. If I didn't use the LTE, would the battery last longer? Or should I choose another phone (and maybe you can reccomend me)? Thx a lot guys.

Cool phone so far. Better specs than iPhone 4. It's got all the current basics at an affordable price. Ultra power saving mode good to bring phone down to necessities only. Music player plays wma files as well. Camera can be set from 5MP downwards to keep photos at decent size. Phone size similar to iPhone 5, comfortable to handle. 90% of smartphones have problems with battery life and have to charge every day.

if not satisfied with this phone than go for the samsung j1 ace....make it simple...phone quality is depend on price nowdays....
