Why is it so poor on connecting to wifi or broad band I contacted service provider they said nothing wrong with them even changed sim but still time broadband does not connect even with fi at time does not connect even if standing in front of router please help

I am using samsung J2 6 handset from Dec 16 it was working well but suddenly it starts showing no service problem. Twice i have replaced my sim,upadate the software but still the problem showing. Want to know what would be the other problem cause the samsung service centre told me to change the motherboard.

I have been using the samsung j2 2015 edition for 1 year and 6 months and there has been some ups and downs with it. It has low memory space a decent battery (for the price) you have to keep your softwate always updated. But yes they didnt gave a marshmallow update. The camera showed a slight problem with the flash after a year. There is no issue with connectivity. The resolution is poor. It hangs a lot and its ram management is below average. But it is durable it fell off from my hand a lot of times still its screen is well attached though I dont have a glass protector. Battery is in good condition I guess. Overall 2.3 out of 5 I guess.
