The worst experience i faced with samsung
I purchased samsung galaxy j2 6 at the time of purchase the seller collected amount of rs 250 to wards insurance for the mobile and told me that it covers all types of risks a few days back my mobile get damaged i bring it the notice of seller he advised me to contact call center after continuous tdying for two days i cintacted call center that person told me that i have to get estimation from the seller and seller told me that i have to contact call center pl solvethe issue
Samsung Galaxy duos j2 is good phone on low price.bt after sometimes it creates so many problems specially hanging problem is must in the Samsung. N in my phone display is very bed , showing sometimes cutting display sometimes overlap display or sometimes vibrates on coming messages bt notification is invisible. Every time before use i have to restart it.plz solve my problems

My j2 is 1 year and a half years old and it is still running in good condition.. i don't know why people have so many complaints about this phone.

jaywardhan, 26 Jun 2017My galaxy j2 not show smart lock on setting>lock screen...whyMake sure you update Google Play Services using Play Store, otherwise you won't find the smart lock. This happened to me also and I had to uninstall the updates from unknown sources, but after updating it with Play Store it was there.

cause you are saying that your battery gives you almost 70% for 7 hours.
that means your battery is draining at a rate of 10% per hour.
most of us facing 5% per hour issue but you are facing 10% issue.
I would suggest you to check your battery soon through any service centre, they will assist you probably.😊
Samsung, after recent update we have few issues:
1. Frequent network drop out.
2. Wifi disconnects and connects automatically after few mins.
3. Battery draining out very fast.
Please fix these issues with next update soon.
