Hi ian already the same device user the mobile very nice in processing and all no heating and hanging no issue iam facing always good exnos process is very smart and nice but the camera back only 5mp that is good and better for another mobile 8 mp so the devica almost nice and anywhere easily available for backcover and flipcover and always the phone is always good and awesome performance i proud to say that iam samsung j2 user if u dont trust go to samsung link and read the all users comments

J2 is not a mobile it can be used for playing games abd click pictures because of network problen.

This mobile has very serious network issue.. you everytime miss your calls. I facing this issue even after uldate of latest software.
Do not go for sansung j2..

Just hate the phone. Bought two of them and sold within a week. Battery drains faster and set become slow. Just a horrible experience. My money has been wasted. The network issue did not bother me because of it's other factors. I too checked reviews before buying J2. But alas! Nobody pointed out these issues. I had no other choice but to say negatives about this phone. Samsung you just played with my hard earn money. This piece of crap should not be more than 40$

Hello All,
Network problem is present in samsung j2.
It looks like, when there is a low coverage area for 3G, then the signal strength in mobile showing two bars. During that time I tried a call from landline to the number used in samsung j2 and it says "not reachable". And tried to call landline from samsung j2 and it disconnects automatically. The problem might be with application which shows signal strength or with hardware :(. If it is not solved by software then bad luck to all samsung j2 users and need to move other mobile. It's a serious issue and very disappointing :(.
