I am using samsung j2 from last one month. I also facing network problem in this mobile.
So many times neteork autometically goes and if i try to call then not registered on network comes. I already updated latest software but problem still exists.
I dont know wt to do.
Please help me

This phone have high quality screen and nice android visual, battery life is good,
Have light weight and good materials.
I haven't any network problem or some errors.
My phone haven't handsfree and cable in the box, and I don't know i's normally or not.

to enter a sim in sim one .is very diffcult, n the space to enter 1st sim

I think this network error is not a problem of firmware. it can be some hardware error. now my country people try to resell this phone after buying few days.I think this problem is not good for great samsung brand.however this is a missed great budget phone like nokia lumia 535(The touch error phone).so sad...
Don't worry about the phone the phone is very good feature that you never seen in this price. 4g speed is superb and photo experience is nice.

Samsung j2 has network problem. I am telling you my expeeience.
Please note all. I am running a small scale finance company. I have 7 employees working in my company.
I purchased 8 samsung j2 mobiles (for myself too) for my employees as gift for eid (bakreed) that was on 22 sep 2015.
But after few days of used of this mobile i felt many of the mobiles of my emplayees com often switched off tone when i try to call.
But when i ask them then they told me mobile is on and still all network bars are full. But mobile id out of reach.
Even i also faced this issue when i went to travell to delhi for my meeting.
I was on roaming and when i try to call then message came "not registeredon network"
Beleive me my 7 emplayees facing network issue including me.
Some of them stop using this mobile. Even after update of all three updates still facing network issue.
Now i am using my old samsung s3 .
I believe in samsung brand but really i got surprised why samsung does not have solution for network issue in samsung j2.
Raunak, 28 Oct 2015There is an update of 65MB. This may solve networks issues.I already updated of 65 mb latest firmware still j2 has network problem..and every users complaining about this here...

deepak, 28 Oct 2015It's all about LTE matter, plz u all are advised to change sim setting to 3g only. 4g phone ne... moreDear i just want to tell you that , j2 is a 4g phone. Second thing is, since the network mode is in auto(gsm/3g/4g) the phone should automatically detect the available signal. You are not supposed to change the network mode to 3g/gsm/Lte mode. Even in only 3g mode also, there is also network problem in low network area.
Iam facing Network problem . I think most of the J2 owner have this. So Please, Samsung Company solve this problem as early as possible for your reputation. J2 Camera and Display are fine one.Thank you

It seems Other countries we have an orange color box just like j5 j200F. J200H. J200G does not have problem. Is this due to made for indian market.
