Hi this mobile is having network problem. Many of times show Emergency calls only.. then i manually search the network and get registered.
But after sometime same problem occurs. But mostly i faced problem when i was in low network area.
But this mobile will not automatically able to get signals if once signal lost.
Please samsung do something .. its my request

I purchase samsung j2 one month back. Its a great little phone. The battery backup is very good. It lasts through the day,with moderate use. The amoled screen is ossam.

Yes it has network issue.. i purchased this mobile one week ago and updated latest firmware also. But sometime shows Not registered on network but surprisungly all network bars shows but not able to call only emergency calls shows.
I have to restart the mobile every time to find the signals.
I went samsung authorised centre for this network issue and they kept my mobile for two hours and returned back after saying that software is reinstalled. But after few hours i am facinng still network issue.
Samsung company why is silent.???
Why this issue not be solved.

i have bought a new samsung galaxy j2 and it is full of enormous features. but the only problem is the network. it cuts off unnecessarily. battery capacity is good but need little software update.......

I have experience the network issue, However i found the fix for this. First step is turn flight mode on, and after 5 second switch it off and then open the dailer. I only have this issue whenerver i restart my phone

No network prob here in the Phil... the battery is great... I've read about exynos and is better than snapdragon...exynos actually is good for gaming and graphics.. and also its super amoled so the colors and the pictures are very vibrant and alive.

the battery capacity is 2000 mah and iam afraid about the battery backup . galaxy core prime have battery with capacity 2000 mah but the screen is 4.5 inch . J2 have screen 4.7 inch so it talks more power .
any one have this mobile tell me please the battery performance .
