yes this phone is facing network issue told me shop owner many people complain about network issue lets wait for samsung rep on this issue

kumar, 30 Oct 2015Ppl just get ur device to Samsung service centre and tell them to do a software update.... the... moreI already visted samsung store.. they updated my mobile.. bu still facing network problem when there is low network area.. even in strong network area, once network has gone it will not come autometically. I have to restart the mobile.
If you want to face this problem then go to low network area. Once your network goes down then you find you get message Not registered on network. Even when you come to full netwoek area you will not able to call untill you restart the mobile. .

Well..bought the phone yesterday..not a bad phone..but the network issues mainly seem to work with first sim, that also wen switchin to 3g network..2g network works fine...nd the main problem is HEATING problem..i thought its getting heated because of the extensive use..but later i saw that, even if i am using 2g network to surf internet, its getting heated..other things works fine..no major issues.

This mobile is having very serious network issue. Always you have to search network by manually.
I really want to tell you to wait for sometime till this issue be solve.

Amit, 30 Oct 2015not default mp3 player in phone it have default google play music mp3 player. you will find it in google folder in main menu.

Use the phone from three days with me to date there has been no problem I think that the reason for the problems with the network back to the cellular company

I am using samsung j2 from last one month. I also facing network problem in this mobile.
So many times neteork autometically goes and if i try to call then not registered on network comes. I already updated latest software but problem still exists.
I dont know wt to do.
Please help me

This phone have high quality screen and nice android visual, battery life is good,
Have light weight and good materials.
I haven't any network problem or some errors.
My phone haven't handsfree and cable in the box, and I don't know i's normally or not.
