No isssues so far 2 weeks old go for it ..good back up 10 hrs with internet , no network issues bsnl + bsnl .... nice screen lower ppi dosent matter much ..sufficient ram and gpu for mid range gaming .kindly update patch 65 mb approx and reboot before using ..cheers

i purchase samsung galaxy j2 this tuesday this phone is very good but one common n most critical problom this device only use gsm network not proper work wcdma(3g) network

Best smartphone for this price segment in Nepal, i am using for 3 weeks, i am using 3G only, we don't have 4G in Nepal, no any serious problem found yet, if you are heavy Gamer than buy Galaxy S6, if you want professional quality photo buy DSLR Camera, if not J2 works best

It's gud phone for its price.gud speed.equals moto g2.display is superb.speaker is ordinary.wen 3g 4g signals are not available always select GSM only network.u won't have any network problem.it is a problem in all mobiles.but I will vote for moto g2 lte model or g3 if u can spend another 4000rs.

Hi there i was facing the same issues on samsung j2 but this all is due to uds saving mode just turn it off any try hope it helps

this phone have more network problem...each and every time show the emargency call.after restarting again phone show the full network but again some time it show the same issue for network problem..
this is completly bundel..and service center not solve this issue

I am really surprised that samsung release firmware three times 64 Mb, 25Mb and 21.98 Mb. But still facing network problem.. sometimes full nwteork bars show but Emergency calls only comes and sometime Not Registered On Network comes.
Why samsumg does not have solution for network issue for samsung j2?
I visted two times to samsung authorised service centre in chandigarh.. every time they put my device for one hour and giving back to me by saying that they installed latest software.. and if still facing network issue they cant do anything. They told me wait for more upcoming days that samsung will release new software for network issue.
I am surprised more than 90% users facing network issues why samsung still not able to solve this problem.
After twenty days of purchasing this mobile i lost so many important calls due to network issue.
Please all usesrs come forwaed and make request or complaint about network issues in samsamsung j2.
Hope samsung do something to resolve this issue.

Plz don't buy this one.
Waste of money.
U can get network only for 3 mins maximum. After that it shows emergency calls only. Again we have to restart it. Even if you are in full coverage, u have to restart the mobile to get network. It doesn't detect coverage automatically. So plzplzplz don't buy this.
I'm using this for Last two weeks. Got irritated because of this.

arun, 14 Oct 2015Really nice at the price. Charging time take more .nice cam. No lag no heat Configuration of this phone is better but overal performance is not better because AMOLED display but resolution is so poor and lagging many moore.....like camera pixel is poor!
