It has really big problem of network issue.. even after update this mobile has network issue.. The mobile will show signal but it wil be in emergency call only and Network error. Where you cant use net and recieve calls. The message comes Not registered on network.. mobile has to restart to find the signals

I have never see shuch a worst phone im my life. The GREAT brand SAMSUMG can't launch a phone where it will not work with change in network Frome 4G to 3G to 2G.
The low price chineese phone works will with the basic feature of a phone. The phone manu use is to recieve and make calls. Bit using this phone u can't recieve phone. Unless u restat by seeing your phone is working or not.
YOU WILL MISS CALLS IF YOU HAVE THIS PHONE
Belive men inside my House this phone shows no network or low signal. Where same sim is working fine with all other phone.

Service Center Guys Dont know anythink how to repair this issues.

Service center can't resolve the problem. This phone will work only in 3G area, it cant work in 2G. Once you are out of coverage again you reach a place where network is there this phone will not work. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!

I am also bought this j2 i have solve the problem
I can solve the network problem when i update software 2 time at first i had updated 68 mb and 2nd time i could find 28 mb file for update so i update it
Lastly i have solve the network problem i dont have any problem now

I went to Samsung service center in Chennai (Nungambakkam) on 05-Oct-2015 Monday .
They made me to wait for 45 mins after getting the Mobile from me. After 45 min they handed over the mobile saying IMEI number changes dynamically and software which is maintaining IMEI number is corrupted same is causing you the network issue. They resolved it by restoring the LOLLIPOP OS. I was listening to them and believed it true. It works fine on 06-OCT-2015 and till 07-OCT-2015 2:45 PM I was very much happy I fixed it but after 2:45 PM when I was trying to make outgoing call again 'NOT REGISTERED ON THE NETWORK' came . Hence the conclusion is whether SAMSUNG itself don't know how to fix or they are doing research how to fix it or they plan to ignore all customers who bought this. God knows the truth . As of now there is no ready made solution even if you approach SAMSUNG directly with clear in hand evidence.

samsung is so reputed brand in mobile so this type technical fault should not be done by samsung in j2 mobile regarding with network problem because in India custmer blindly trusted on samsung mobile

i bought this J2 mobile last week, it having network issue. whenever network is down mobile showing emergency calls only, it will not reconnecting to network until i restart the mobile. plz dont go for this mobile.

Positives: best choice to choose Samsung J2. Best buy I got it for 8200.
Slim. Sleek. Light weight. Latest Android OS. 4G
Negatives: Data Cable Not given with the set. Quality of ear phones is not that good.

i have not been face any netework problem yet
if u face this problem
may be due to
this is first device from r& d department of india of samsung..
they were experimented some netework feature like add wifi and mobile data speed by download booster and to reduce sar value except during call and internet
so there are people who has to travel a lot might not be buy this hand set
...i can not guarenteed that this is 100% true..
