Samsung J2 is a very poor handset. When our Village Accountants goes to field at the CCE (crop cutting experiment) mobile has lots of facing issues, like battery drains fast, heating, automatic switch off. I think this specification of mobile not for good on heavy usage like upload videos, images, GPS enabling and network related NFC (near field communication )

3 month old phone. Excellent phone!! No issues per se. However internet connection is patchy. Comes and goes. Is this a Airtel network thing or phone problem.

The phone is okay except that the storage is small and can't transfer apps to SD card. It asks that already installed apps be deleted.

Well been using it for almost a year i believe..so far the problems and trouble i have had is battery drains fast and poor signal heating up wifi off and on by itself..after so many updates the same problems occur..fraud updates

Whenever I try to turn on Knox Active Protection on my galaxy j2 the phone is stuck on samsung logo or bootload. Does anyone have the same problem?

using j2 cell phone since four month back and facing my phone slowering even though kept enough space and one of the disadvantages of this phone is minimising the battery quickely without operating and taking time to fully charged

My shows sometimes camera failed and due to this video also not rotates. My phone retailer told he has changed the motherboard then also it is showing camera failed. Please help

Not good in case of 2g network. Other phones work well bu Samsung Galaxy J2 15 is not working fine. I have already updated firmware.
