I thought this is my device problem.
but now I think this is a software problem.
Samsung should fix this problem on next software update.
I asked Samsung customer support to sort this out.
hope problem will be solve on next update.

Yes Roy. Updates. And the weird thing is that the phone gets hot in my pocket. Sometimes the updates drain more than 40% of the initial charge.

after updating the latest software I noticed that my mobile is discharging with a rate of 5% within 1 hour without doing anything on it.
is there anyone facing this same problem?

It seems your os is crashed.Just download the official rom from sammobile and install it using downloading mode and your phone will be alright.

I am using this phone from 3 month and it is running very good. I am not heavy user of phone and use it for normal use like surfering internet, facebook and light gaming and I am quite satisfied with this mobile. But my mobile does not support 4G. So I recommend this mobile for normal user, but not for heavy user.

JC Arkay, 09 Mar 2017I can play upto 3 hrs without sound.I think it is normal if brightness is some high. I can play upto 3 hours in low brightness.

worst phone i've used
-touchscreen problems.sometimes when playing games it detects two or more fingers as one
-keep killing apps automatically even with light multitasking
really regret buying this shitty phone.i decided not to trust samsung again

Samsung Galaxy j2 2015 very bed because
1. Battery mah low and drain fast
2. Hang ,hit,
3.front camera is not working properly and shot is not proper
4. Main camera is zoom photos is blur
5. No update
6 . 1gb ram but use in 250 MB very bed
7 .all app l is not supported
8. Internal memory 4gb use in 1 gb very bed
I suggest please update in latest version
And send ota ,frame Ware, all content mentioned in above please send that type of updates
All j2 2015 user is better fill
