Hi, i bought the Samsung j2 recently, so far no problems , Except for there are so many variations of this model, with different model numbers. For different countries. Very annoying, when you try to look up specs on internet. And which model you need for the UK. Why do Samsung, have to make so many different variations ? right pain in the a . . .

New update is good good stability and wifi calling future is added not used.but previously when i did the factory rest i am facing a problem= when my data is on and charge is below 15 % it stucks and i have to remove the battery and when switched on it shows 0% charge.
Any one having the solution

Hi, it,s not the phone. it,s where you got it from. thats the problem. I have got same phone. But so far no problems. so far, If you still have this phone. My advice would be. Try a reputable mobile dealer. Or if you know the network, it was registered on. It my help to get in touch with them. As they may be able to do a diagnostic test over phone

This new update brings december security patch and along with a new feature called wifi calling has been added. Apart from that this the update also brings some crash issues that users were facing. Overall the update is good.
