Pros
-The metallic finish is hard to find in 2021
-Very compact, slim, sleek and lightweight
-easy one handed usage
-Android Lollipop optimizes 1Gb ram very well
-Good camera in good light situations
-charging speed is okay in 2021
Cons
-Poor camera performance in low light
-The 28nm chipset still runs okay in 2020, but not for heavy gaming
-the battery life is horrible

Anonymous, 14 Dec 2020I Have j2 phone but my phone is Hang in is big problem yes j2 hangs a lot while multitasking as it has only 1 gb ram.
if you use 1 heavy app and 1 light app you will face low problem.
but if you use 2 moderate app then it will close the other app sometimes as I used it.
usuing 2 heavy app is not possible on j2 and I saw that back from 2017 or 2018.
if you can't use it anymore then you have no other option than buying a new.

Gud day im using Sumsang galaxy j2 my phone is too slow for liking .now im in a area with low strength of network, how can i improve network strength, some of the applications a not available on the sever how can i improve that.

I am currently using this phone with Lineageos 14.1 (Android 7. 1. 2). Its runnig pretty well and hoping to upgrade it to Android 9 or 10. As for now with Android 7.1.2 it running pretty well.

It is really difficult to use this mobile nowadays as it is a 5 year old device.

serves my daily use cases like browsing mail, websites, news, videos, what's app, Facebook, movies, Google map etc.
I also play free fire game from 2018 on this mobile with low settings as medium and high settings causes lag while playing the game.
I purchased a power bank of 11000 mah which gives about 7000 mah power supply and passing my days with this mobile happily.
